The color scheme feature lets you create and manage variable color palettes that can be applied across your campaigns. This makes it easy to keep your branding consistent and flexible at scale.

➕ Add a Color Scheme

To create a new color scheme:

  1. Go to Account Settings > Appearance > Color Scheme.

  2. Click Add New Color Scheme.

There’s no limit to how many color schemes you can create - but we recommend keeping things tidy to avoid managing dozens of unused palettes.

✏️ Editing a Color Scheme

When you update a color in a scheme, that color automatically updates everywhere the scheme is used.

⚠️ You'll be notified if the color scheme you're editing is currently in use on a campaign.

In the color scheme overview, you can see a list of campaigns currently using the scheme.

✅ Enabling a Color Scheme on a Campaign

When you have set up a global color scheme, it can be enabled on your campaigns.

To apply a color scheme to a campaign:

  1. Open your campaign.

  2. Go to Layout > General.

  3. Toggle Enable Color Scheme.

  4. Select the color scheme you want to use.

Once enabled, your scheme will appear in the color picker, allowing you to use its colors throughout the campaign.

🎨 Color scheme colors are variable, unlike regular hex codes. This means they are responsive to the global color scheme and automatically update if the scheme is edited.

The smart thing about the color scheme colors is that you can easily change the look and feel on a campaign by updating the color scheme or using a different color scheme on a campaign.

🔄 Changing the Color Scheme on a Campaign

If you switch from one color scheme to another, all elements using color scheme variables will update to reflect the new scheme.

This is great for seasonal campaigns or brand refreshes - just swap the scheme, and everything updates instantly.

See example below, where color scheme has been changed from “spring colors” to “summer colors”. The colors are updated to match the new color scheme.

🚫 Disabling a Color Scheme on a Campaign

If you disable the color scheme:

  • All colors using scheme variables will be converted to fixed values.

  • These colors will no longer update automatically if the global scheme changes.

Use this if you want to “lock in” the current look and avoid further changes.
