1. I want to connect prizes to the fields on the wheel. How do I do that?
First of all, you need to create a Bulk Prize in order to connect it to a field. When adding a new bulk prize, you will be asked to connect it to a field:
This can always be edited after the prize is created:
You can make sure that these are connected by looking in the overview of the fields under “Game Settings”:
2. What does it mean when a field is “Locked” and grayed out?
A field becomes locked for two reasons: Either you manually locked the field:
..or the field has been connected to a bulk prize. When creating a bulk prize you can select which prize should be won when landing on a specific field. Connecting a bulk prize with a field will therefore lock the field:

3. How do I edit the default wheel image?
This can’t be edited within the platform. It is your own responsibility to create a wheel fitting your campaign. You can make use of our template in the design guide article right here: article.
4. What is the difference between “No reward” and “Extra turn”?
If you land on a “No reward” field, you have used one of your spins. You can still use the rest of your spins and hope to get lucky in the next round. If you land on an “Extra turn” field, you have used one of your spins, but also gained one, which you can use to try again.
5. How do I move the marker to fit the wheel?
You can optimize the placement of the marker in the game settings:
The placement depends on the design of your marker, so we recommend that you add a few pixels, refresh the demo-URL and check the result until you find the perfect fit.
