When setting up a calendar, you have the opportunity to incorporate additional features via an advanced calendar feature integration. The integration provides two options to add or modify specific elements within the default calendar settings.
Add a background image for each question
The first advanced calendar feature allows you to add a background image to each quiz question in the calendar field.
Once the feature is enabled, go to Game Settings > Fields and edit the background for each door containing a quiz question. The recommended sizes for the background images are listed in our article Dimensions for Background Images.
When setting up the background, you will encounter three options to control its appearance on the calendar:
Behavior – Adjusts the size and scaling of the image.
Position – Controls the placement of the background.
Overlay – Enables you to apply a color or blurred effect to the background.
Additionally, we recommend differentiating the background for desktop and mobile devices.
One door per day
For the second calendar feature, you can choose to have one door per day. With this feature, you'll need to upload an image to display in front of the door and another image to be shown behind the door.
Whenever this feature is enabled you can also choose to upload a fallback image that will display on the screen in case your image fails to show.
