With the Overall Registration Limit you can set a maximum number of registrations across all users in a campaign.
How to set it up
Go to the general campaign settings.
Find the Overall Registration Limit option under registration settings.
Set the maximum number of registrations you want for the campaign.
(Optional) Customize the message that users will see when the registration limit is reached. You can do this by going to Advanced Tab > Messages. Read more here.
How it works
Set a maximum limit
The overall registration limit is the total number of registrations allowed for the campaign. When the limit is reached
Once the limit is hit, the platform will show a message to users informing them that the registration limit has been reached. You can customize this message in the Advanced Tab > Messages, just like other in-game messages.Combination with individual registration limit
The overall registration limit can be used in combination with individual registration limit. Each individual registration counts toward the overall registration limit. The system evaluates total registrations and not unique registrations.
High traffic scenarios
In rare cases, during high traffic periods where several players access the campaign at the same time, some users might bypass the "limit reached" page and still see the registration form. If a user manages to submit a registration after the limit is hit, their registration won't go through. Instead, they will see the message that the overall registration limit has been reached.
