1. How can I make sure that only winners can move on to the next game?

To make sure that only winners can continue to the next game you need to go to campaigns:

.. and then set the conditions required to complete the campaign:

2. How do I redirect the user back to the gameflow once the first game is completed?

You can do this by setting the campaign behavior and its action to go to the gameflow flowpage when the campaign is completed:

You can enable this by editing each campaign:

3. When the last game of the campaign link is completed, I would like the user to be redirected to a URL instead of returning to the campaign link. Can I do that?

Sure! This setting is to be found under your general game settings:

4. I want to allow the user to complete a campaign more than once. Is that possible?

That is possible, indeed! You can tick off the following setting to ensure this:

You find this setting under “Edit” for each campaign:

5. Do you have any recommendations for the graphics in the campaign overview display?

Yes! You can find our design guide for the campaign link within the help center right here.

6. What is the difference between “Edit game” and “Edit” under “Campaigns”?

The difference between these two is quite simple.

  • Edit game: Takes you directly to the campaign in question so you can edit it independently of its connection to the campaign link.

  • Edit: Enables you to edit the settings within the campaign link that relates to the specific campaign in question

7. How can I display a player’s result from all campaigns on the last page of the campaign link?

It is not possible to make an overall summary of the total campaign results but you can make use of the individual replacement tags for each campaign. This enables you to display results such as total answers and time used for each of the campaigns in the campaign link. You can find these under “Edit” for each campaign: Here is an example:

8. Is it possible to enable participants to access a game without having completed the previous game?

This would require that you un-tick the setting “campaigns must be completed in a linear order”. Please note however, that this will affect all participants, making it possible for them to access the campaigns in their own desired order:

9. How can you make sure that prizes are only available for participants that have completed all games?

That is possible! You should do a bulk prize with advanced prize filters, more specifically with metric data. Create a bulk prize → Modify → And set the following setting:

10. What is meant by “Unique identifier” and how does it affect my campaign?

The unique identifier refers to a value that is unique for each participant - this could be the email address for example. The unique identifier can be used to keep track of a participant's progress. When revisiting a campaign link with the same unique identifier, the participant will be able to continue where they left off.
