1. How do you optimize the puzzle image for mobile view?

In our Sliding Puzzle design guide you will find our recommendations for graphics sizing that is optimal for most devices. Following these recommendations, the puzzle image should scale to fit the screen width on both desktop and mobile.



2. What does the term "grid settings" refer to?

Grid settings determine the number of puzzle slides in the grid. The more you add, the more squares are added, making the puzzle more difficult to complete. Here is an example of 2 grids:

3. How do I display how many seconds a participant has left to complete the puzzle?

This is done through your indicator settings. Here you can activate an indicator for time and edit both the placement and style of it:


4. How do you set up different winner pages depending on how well participants did in completing the game?

By using metric data visibility conditions you can control which results page is shown to a participant depending on how fast they solved the puzzle. In the following example, the winner page is shown only to participants who solved the puzzle within 15 seconds:

5. Can I show exactly how many seconds a participant used to solve the puzzle on the results page?

Of course! This is done with the use of a replacement tag. The replacement tag can be found in the general game settings:
