Sharing your analytics with a public link

Give anyone a live view of your analytics - no Playable login needed.

Written by Asta Dybdal

Sometimes you want to show campaign results to someone outside your team - a client, a partner, or a stakeholder without a Playable account. With share links, you can send them a live, view-only version of your analytics hub.

Creating a share link

1. Go to Analytics and click the Share button in the top right corner

2. Click New link

3. Give the link a name, e.g. "Q2 results" - only you see this, it helps you keep track of who a link is for

4. Choose what you're sharing and adjust the preset filters (see below)

5. Click Create link and copy the URL

Send the URL to your recipient - that's it. They can open it right away, no login required.

What you're sharing vs. preset filters

When creating a share link, the scope and filters will by default match the filtering you have applied to the overall analytics view.

"What you're sharing" is the scope of the link: accounts, game types, tags and campaigns. Recipients can never see anything outside this - not even by changing the URL.

The preset filters (date range, devices, sources) are just the starting view. Your recipient can adjust these freely within the scope you set.

If the recipient changes the filters, a banner lets them reset to your original view with one click.

What your recipient sees

The same analytics hub you know - Overview, Engagement, Funnels and Performance - scoped to what you shared. The numbers are live, so the view always shows current data, not a snapshot.

The scope will be locked in the shared link - see below:

Managing your links

Click Share in the analytics hub to see all your active links. From there you can:

  • Copy the URL again

  • Edit a link's name, scope or preset filters

  • Deactivate a link

Deactivating takes effect immediately - anyone opening the link afterwards sees that it's no longer available.

Share links don't expire on their own. Anyone with the link can view the data, so deactivate links when they're no longer needed.

If your recipient sees "Link no longer available", the link has been deactivated. Create a new link and send the fresh URL.
