1. My pop up is not showing even though i’ve set it live. Can you help me?

2. I only want my pop up to show on a few specific pages. Is this possible?
It is indeed! You control this under “Rules” and “Conditions”:
Simply add the URL where you would like to display the pop up:
If you want to show it on all pages, including bottom pages, you simply add a wildcard. Here is an example: https://playable.com*. The “*” works as a wildcard and will tell the platform to display the pop up on bottom pages of the listed page as well. This means, in the case of the example above, that the pop up will show on all URL’s that start with https://playable.com.
3. How do you insert a game in a pop up?
You can add the “Games” add-on to your pop up. The game will adjust in size to fit the pop up as best as possible. The add-on is to be found here:
Choose between your live campaigns at the top and edit the settings for the display of the game:

4. I want people to be able to close the pop up, but I can’t place the icon at the top right corner. What should I do?
The best way to place your icon as you need it is by using custom positioning. Within our default templates, this is already done for you, however if you’ve set up your own pop up, this is the way to do it: Press the icon → go to the advanced tab → scroll down → Set the position to “Fixed” and adjust the horizontal and vertical position:
Remember to do this for each device.
5. I want to limit users in terms of how many times they see the pop up, visit for visit, is that possible?
Yes! Go to “Rules” → “Conditions”, add a new condition and pick “Display limit” from the drop down menu. You have various options in terms of setting a limit for these. Here is an example:
