1. What are the recommended sizes for graphics in the Puzzle game?

The recommended sizes for graphics in the puzzle depends on your setup, but we have a design guide you can use for inspiration here.


2. What number of rows/columns will be most optimal for the game?

That is totally up to you - the answer depends on whether you want your image to consist of many small pieces or bigger pieces and the difficulty level of the game. There is no right or wrong in terms of the number of rows/columns.


3. I would like to display how many seconds participants have used to complete the puzzle on the last page of the game. Is that possible?

It is indeed! You can do this via the following replacement tag placed at the bottom of your general game settings tab:

When inserting this on the last page, with an activated time challenge, it will show the time used for that specific participant:


4. How do I display how much time a participant has used while solving the puzzle?

This is done through our indicators - you can activate it right here:


5. Is it possible to make sure that only participants who finished the game within a certain time limit are eligible to win a prize?

Yes it is. If you only have one prize, we recommend setting a time challenge that will control who wins the game. If you have several different prizes, you can add metric data conditions to bulk prizes. In the following example, the prize can only be won if a participant completed the puzzle in 30 seconds or more:
