2. When scratching the card, nothing happens - why is that?
The fields may not be aligned with the scratchcard graphic. In the game settings → Layout you can ensure that the fields are placed correctly:

3. Why is the scratchcard coin not visible on mobile?
On mobile your finger works as the cursor and not a coin, which is why you do not see a coin on mobile devices.
4. When does a player win, if I have more than 3 scratch fields?
The logic behind the scratchcard is to get 3 of the same images in order to win. This logic applies regardless of the number of fields or images in the image pool.
5. I have different images in my image pool. How can I make sure that a certain image appears when winning a specific prize?
This is only possible with Bulk Prizes. When creating a bulk prize you will be asked to pick a winner image:
