Under Data Management, you have access to the following settings:

The Data Management settings can be accessed by navigating to Account > Data Management

Global tracking settings

Add or change tracking settings globally (these will apply to all your campaigns).

On the Global tracking settings page you have the following options:

Add UTM parameters by default to all external links

Will add the 3 default parameters to all external links from your campaign (read more)

Activate Google Analytics event tracking

Will add the option on all forms to support event tracking, after enabling a checkbox will be visible on the registration form element in the frontend

Enable platform statistics (sessions and page views)

This is enabled by default, disabling this will remove all tracking for sessions and page views.

Note: Disabling platform statistics, will affect all campaign-related data relying on sessions and page views. Examples include the Country map, sessions chart, session numbers, referral data, UTM stats, and flow page views.

Blacklist

Per default the Playable blacklist is enabled, this blocks all entries where a user is trying to sign up with a plus sign in their email, for example: mail+1@gmail.com

The option can be managed here:

You also have the option to add specific email addresses, domains, or wildcard rules to the blacklist, and the system will automatically block these from accessing your services.

These are the options for adding rules to your blacklist:

  1. Specify individual email addresses (e.g., example@domain.com).

  2. Add domains to block all emails from a specific provider (e.g., @spamdomain.com).

  3. Use wildcards to cover multiple variations (Wildcards must be at least four characters long and include a combination of letters ([a-z]), numbers ([0-9]), periods ('.'), and the '@' symbol.)
