Understanding the performance of your campaigns is crucial for success. With campaign objectives, you can set specific performance goals and evaluate them once the campaign period has ended.

What are campaign objectives?
Campaign objectives in the Playable platform provide valuable insights into your campaign's performance. They serve as a basis for comparison, help fine-tune gamification strategies, and illustrate how different game mechanics can help you achieve your marketing goals.
Campaign objectives can be added to each individual campaigns. You can choose from five main categories: Awareness, Acquisition, Engagement, Retention & Loyalty. Each category allows you to set several measurable goals for the campaign.
Once a campaign has been live for one week, the objectives become locked, enabling you to evaluate the campaign's performance.
Adding objectives to a campaign
After enabling the feature, you can set up and access campaign objectives in two ways:
Via the publishing tab: Add objectives directly in the publishing tab of your campaign.
Via the campaign overview shortcut: Access objectives quickly through the campaign overview shortcut.
Set your campaign objectives
You can choose from five overall campaign objectives and select multiple goals within each category.
๐ก You can select up to three main objectives but have the flexibility to choose as many sub-objectives as you want.
The process of setting up campaign objectives consists of 4 steps.
Step 1: Select overall objectives Choose the main objectives for your campaign. | Step 2: Select goals Pick specific goals within each objective. |

Step 3: Specify objectives Add KPIs for each selected goal. | Step 4: Review or evaluate objectives Finalize and lock your objectives. |

Note: 7 days after the campaign has gone live, the objectives will be locked and it will not be possible to modify them hereafter.

Evaluating the objectives
Once the objectives are locked, you can evaluate your campaign's performance. A new input field will appear below the locked values where you can add campaign results and rate the campaign based on its performance.
