1. Can I use other types of answers than text on a survey?
Yes, several answer options are available. When editing each question you can select one of the following answer types:
2. I want my questions to differ based on the answer of the first question. How do I do that?
You do that by enabling the “Skip logic” feature, meaning that you can direct them to a specific question within the flow based on their answers:
Let's say the first question is answered with either “Yes” or “No”. If you go with “Yes” you will be redirected to question 5 and skip 2,3 and 4. If you answer “No” you will go to answer 2 and follow the “normal” order. We have more information here in our article, based on a Personality Test, however the logic remains the same here.
3. Is it possible to go to the previous question in a survey?
Unfortunately, no. You may have come across this function in our Quiz game, but it is not available in a survey.
4. How do I change the text of the answer button into something other than “Next”?
You can decide what text to display on the button under “Custom labels” in your game settings. More specifically, you should edit the “Answer button for final question” in your general game settings:
5. Is it possible to have more than 255 characters in the comment box?
No, there is a limitation of 255 characters per comment box.
