You can use bulk prizes with time distribution when you have a limited amount of prizes and you want to give them out over time.
With this setup, each prize is locked until a specific date and time. The first player who registers after that date and time will win.
Distributing the prizes
You will be asked to distribute your prizes while setting up your prize, but you can always edit this distribution later.
Both a starting date and time, and an ending date and time will need to be set for the prize.
The time set for a prize applies individually to each day rather than spanning across multiple days. This means that the date is not taken into account when configuring the prize's availability. For example, it is not possible to set up a prize to be distributed starting at 12:00 PM on 01/05/2025 and ending at 8:00 AM on 02/05/2025, as the platform would interpret the end time (8:00 AM) as occurring earlier on the same day, making the configuration invalid.
In cases where there is a time overlap like these, it is recommended to either manually edit the timestamps on the prizes to match the exact desired configuration, or split the prize into several prizes with different distribution periods.
Viewing prizes
To see and edit the date and time that each prize code should be drawn, click "view prizes" from the bulk prize overview.
Here you can re-randomize the drawtime for the prizes.
You can also modify an individual prize's draw time, for example, to set it in the past so you can test it.
Remember to always test your prizes before going live.
