You can export all the information you collect about individual players under Activity > Registration in the backend.

  1. Export as CSV

    1. (If you need your registration data in XLSX format, you can open the CSV file on your computer and save it as a different file type)

  2. Filter which players should be included in the report

  3. Select which fields should be included in the export file

  4. Enable BOM if you are expecting special characters (Like nordic)

  5. Export (download) the file

Filter which players will be in the report

Instead of exporting all registrations, you can filter the data to exclude certain players.

  1. You can export all players, or only winners or losers

  2. You can limit the date range for when the players registered

  3. You can include other filters based on what players did in the game (metric data), what they entered in the registration form fields, or what URL parameters were in the link they clicked to access the game. These filters are similar to visibility conditions elsewhere in the platform.

When you group registrations by email, it means that if a player registered more than once using the same email address, the export file will only include one of these participations, so you will get a list of unique email addresses.

Select which fields will be included in the export file

After you have defined which players should be included in the export, you can decide how much of the data you want to include in your file.

You can un-check any fields that you don't want to include in your export. You can also change what the headers on your export file will be.

In the example below, we are only exporting name, email, date, and the overall campaign result (correct and incorrect answers and time spent). We renamed the date field and changed the format in which the date will be exported.

Downloading export file

At the bottom of the page, you will be able to click to export your registration file. Clicking "export" will download the file to your computer.

If there are a lot of records to export, this may take a while.

High number of registrations

If your campaign experiences a high volume of registrations, the platform will require some time to generate the export file. In such cases, you will receive a notification via email once the export is ready, and a 'Download' button will be active for 6 hours. You can access this button under Activity -> Registrations -> Export.
